Someone before Christmas posted a recipe for "chocolate lava cakes" baked in a mug and I can't remember who it was... if it was you would you please let me know I wrote recipe down and can't find it thank you so much!
Here's a link to one recipe. I just did a Google search and it gave me a bunch of them! :0) http://www.dizzy-dee.com/recipe/chocolate-cake-in-5-minutes
Add dry ingredients to a 12 oz. mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla essence, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
